To handle numerous flow-back operations on high-pressure wells, Schooner Petroleum Services provides frac stacks in most every size and schematic. Offered in both manual and hydraulic systems, our assortment of frac valve sizes (41/16", 51/8", and 71/16" bores) and gate valve sizes (113/16", 21/16", 29/16", 31/16", 41/16" bores) can handle working pressures of 5,000, 10,000, 15,000, and 20,000 PSI.
To minimize operating torque, these valves are available with quick turn hand-wheel or hydraulic actuators. The quick turn design incorporates a ball screw assembly that allows easy operation under pressure, even for large bore systems.
To minimize repair costs, the frac & gate valves also incorporate retainer plates on both sides of the gates to extend the life of valve cavity. Between this rugged construction and ease of use, Schooner Petroleum Services' frac stacks ensure a quality that our customers have come to expect. We also carry a full line of work baskets, frac ball catchers, plug valves, check valves, Kelly valves, and frac heads.
In addition to owning six patents, Schooner Petroleum Services' manufacturing facility has earned API6A, API16A. Furthermore, these structures can be certified for H2S service.
